Acral Lentiginous Melanoma—殊に黒色腫細胞の進展とエックリン汗管との関連性ならびにEumelanin・Pheomelaninの含有量について

Acral Lentiginous Melanoma--Especially about the Relationship Between the Direction of Melanoma Cells Downward Invasion and the Eccrine Duct, and the Contents of Eumelanin and Pheomelanin

　45歳，女の左踵部に生じたacral lentiglnous melanomaの1例を報告した．自験例で得られた興味ある知見は以下のごとくである．1）臨床的には単一病巣内に多中心性に黒色腫病巣が出現したこと，2）病理組織学的には黒色腫細胞の真皮深層への進展がエックリン汗管中心性に生じたこと，3）尿中5—S-cysteinyldopa値は日毎の著しい変動のないことを確認したこと，4）異型メラノサイトがみられる暗褐色色素斑ではpheo—melaninは検出しえず，境界部活性が目立つ黒色腫各病巣ではeumelaninが圧倒的に多いが，pheomelaninの形成も証明されたことなどである．
