Adenoma of the nipple

I．はじめに

　中年女性の乳頭に発生する慢性糜爛結痂性病変が，乳房Paget病の主要臨床症状であることはよく知られている。しかしかかる臨床症状を示していても，組織学的にPaget病が否定され，むしろ汗腺腫瘍類似の管腔腺様構造が，そこに発見されることがある。筆者は，たまたまかかる乳頭腫瘍を経験し，それが文献上adenoma of thenipple^8）と記載される腫瘍に一致することを知つた。本腫瘍は，皮膚科領域で殆んど注目されておらず，また汗腺腫瘍との鑑別上興味あるものと考えられるので，ここにその1例を報告する。

A case of adenoma of the nipple on the left breast of a 30-year-old woman was reported. The clinical picture was similar to that of Paget's disease of the nipple. It was a benign neoplasma of the nipple with the histologic picture of tubulo-adenomatous structure alike sweat gland tumor.

The differential diagnosis from syringo-cystadenoma papilliferum were performed with a review of literature.
