側頭頭頂筋膜弁による乳突腔充填を要した外耳道真珠腫症例

Surgical Treatment of External Auditory Canal Cholesteatoma Using a Temporoparietal Fascia Flap

　はじめに

　側頭頭頂筋膜弁は，耳介形成手術に広く利用されているが^1），外耳道真珠腫除去後の再建材料としては報告がない。

　今回われわれは，広範囲な骨破壊を伴う外耳道真珠腫に血管ベーチェット病を併発した症例に対し，側頭頭頂筋膜弁による乳突腔充填，外耳道再建を施行し良好な結果を得たので報告する。

In a case of external auditory canal choles-teatoma, a bone defect caused by cholesteatoma was extremely large, and local vascularity was expected to be poor.

For repair of the bone defect and reconstruction of the external auditory canal, a temporoparietal fascia flap was used because it has good vascularity and a lot of bulk enough to cover the bone defect.

There were no problems after the surgery.
