はじめに

　組織球性壊死性リンパ節炎は1972年に菊池^1），藤本ら^2）によって報告された疾患で，発熱，頸部リンパ節腫脹を主症状とする。副腎皮質ステロイドの投与が有効だが，皮疹や肝障害をきたす例も報告されている^3,6）。今回，われわれは重症の組織球性壊死性リンパ節炎を経験したので報告する。

　A 46-year-old female patient visited our university hospital for fever on April 2009. She presented with cervical lymphadenopathy and eruption in whole body. Laboratory examination showed liver dysfunction, the elevation of LDH and the decrease in leukocytes. Biopsy of lymph node showed destruction of lymphoid follicles, necrosis and appoptosis. Skin biopsy also showed perivascular infiltration of lymphocytes. As the results, we diagnosed severe case of Kikuchi's disease. The administration of steroid resolved her symptoms.
