I.緒言
著者は第1報に於いて,角膜移植特に全層角膜移植用保存角膜の長時間保存のための人工保存液の基礎として当教室で作成せる人工平衡混合塩類液を用い,全眼球保存家兎角膜上皮細胞を電子顕微鏡的に観察し,生理的食塩水全眼球保存,家兎血清全眼球保存の家兎角膜上皮細胞の電顕像と比較検討した結果,人工平衡混合塩類液保存,人工平衡混合塩類液前房置換保存の角膜上皮細胞は対照の生理的食塩水保存に比べ良好な保存状態を示し,血清保存と同程度の保存状態を示したことを報告した。
今回は同保存液および保存方法により主として観察した固有層,内皮細胞に就いてその所見を報告する。
Rabbit eyeballs were kept in various pre-servation media as follows:
1) Physiologic NaCl solution.
2) Rabbit serum
3) Ks solution (newly-deviced balanced mi-xed-salt solution)
4) Ks solution with replacement of aqueous humor by Ks soution. The eyeballs were keptat freezing point and were stored in the above solutions for either 1, 3, 5, 7 or 10 days. The corneal tissue was then studied by means of electron microscope. The results were sum-marized as follows:
1) After preservation for 3 days, the cellular architecture of the stroma and the endothelium kept in solutions (2), (3) and (4) was of almost identical character.
