Buerger病が原因と思われる急性緑内障の1症例

A case of acute glaucoma induced by Buerger's disease

　malignant glaucoma （direct lens block angle closure glaucoma）と思われる急性緑内障の1例について報告した。症例は38歳男性で15年前よりBuerger病に罹患し，左側下肢を切断している。眼底，結膜の充血怒張，虹彩切除後の著しいぶどう膜炎の状態からBuerger病（閉塞性血栓血管炎）による網脈絡膜の循環障害がこの急性緑内障発作の原因と推定した。

A 38-year-old male developed malignant glau-coma or acute angle-closure glaucoma due to pupil block by the lens in his left eye. The patient had been suffering from Buerger's disease for the past 15 years. The acute glaucomatous attack seemed to have been induced by disturbed retinal and cho-roidal circulation associated with thromboangiitis obliterans of Buerger. This supposition was sup-ported by the presence of retinal vasodilatation and uveitic signs seen during the postsurgical period.
