菊座白内障の3例と混濁の予後に関する考察

3 cases of the traumatic rosette-shaped opacity and its prognosis

I．緒言

　菊座白内障は左程珍しいものではない。その発生機序に就いては大熊氏^7）の研究があり，臨床観察例に就いては村松氏^8）の詳しい報告がある。然し，混濁の停止性，吸収，老人性白内障との関係等に関する問題に就いては余り考察されて居らない。私は菊座白内障の3症例を観察する機会を得，上記の点についていささか考察したので茲に報告する。

2. The rosette-shaped opacity may be caused by penetration of aqueous humor between the lens filbre and in the suture system through the wound. If the wound is closed, the opacity may be stationary or absorbed.
