（9）新型電気眼底血圧計と角膜脈波の意義に就いて

I．緒言

　眼底血管の性状が脳循環系の疾患の診断と予後の判定に重要な役割を演じている事は云うまでもないが，就中その血圧を測定する事は，眼底の検眼鏡所見と相俟つて必須の検査法である。

　網膜中心動脈血圧測定に就いては1928年Baill-iart氏に始まり，Bliedung氏，Kukan氏，Ba-urmann氏，植村氏，菅沼氏等の精細な研究により急速の進歩を遂げたが，其の後1953年植村氏等は電気眼底血圧計を完成し，血圧値のみならず脈波の分析が試みられ，その臨床診断面への応用は信頼度の高い点，測定の容易な事等瞠目に値する研究であつた。
