化学療法の一般臨床的応用

Usual clinical application of the chemotherapy

緒言

　私は，今回，化学療法のその他一般臨床的応用と云う，テーマを頂いたが，化学療法と云う言葉は，意味が広く，且つ人によつて見解に，稍々相違がある。桐沢氏は，次の如く解しておられる。即ち化学療法と云う言葉は，時代により，又人によつて，多少その内容が異なつているが，自分は，特定の病原体に対し，撰択的に働いて，その生体の感染を原因的に治し得る様な化学製剤による治療と。

　私は，臨床的応用と云う点から，我々の教室の診療において，興味のあつたと思われる。次の5つの問題について，その成績を述べる。

As for a usual clinical application of the chemotherapy, five subjects which were studied in our clinic were explained. They shall be summarised as follows :

1) 0.1% ointment of benzalkonium chloride was applied for the trachoma and trachoma di-vium, and the slight degree of effect was noticed.

2) The combination of benz. chlor., terramycin and achromycin showed a superior result then a single use of terramycin or achromycin for a treatment of trachoma.

3) The combination of terramycin and benz. chlor.
