はじめに
昭和41年から昭和56年までの15年間に特発性大腿骨頭壊死9例14関節にカップ関節形成術を施行した．追跡調査結果よりほぼ満足する成績を得たのでそれを紹介して適応や手技について若干の考察を加える．
