脛骨粗面の剥離骨折は14歳から16歳の間に好発し，特にスポーツ中に生じることが多い，最近，われわれは前方宙返りを行おうとして，両側に対称性に発生し，術中興味ある所見を見い出した症例を経験したので報告する．
