悪性骨腫瘍切除後の大骨欠損に対して再建が必要であるが，現在の腫瘍用プロステーシスでは対応できない症例にしばしば遭遇する．近年，急速に進歩してきた3Dプリンターを用いた積層造形は，そのような特殊な大骨欠損の再建のためには，まさにうってつけの技術といえる．われわれは，CT画像を基に，術前にあらかじめ3Dプリンターで作製したカッティングデバイスとカスタムメイドデバイスを用いて，骨腫瘍切除後の大骨欠損の再建を目指している．現状と臨床使用までの問題点など概説したい．
