硬膜外血腫を生じた外傷性腰動脈損傷の1例

Traumatic Lumbar Arterial Injury Complicated with Epidural Hematoma. Case Report

　今回われわれは，比較的軽微な外傷による腰椎椎体骨折に腰動脈損傷を合併した1例を経験したので報告する．血管造影で腰動脈損傷を認め，同部位からの出血は脊柱管内にまで及んだ．このような症例はわれわれが渉猟し得た範囲では，他に報告例がない．選択的腰動脈造影を施行し塞栓術を施行した．受傷8カ月の現在，経過良好である．

　We report a case of lumbar arterial injury complicated with fracture of lumbar body caused by relatively slight trauma.　Lumbar arterial injury was revealed by angiography and the bleeding from this part reached even out of the dural sac.　No reports of such a case were found in extensive search of the literature.　Selective lumbar arteriography was performed, and the injured vessel was embolized.　As of 8 months posttrauma, the patient's course has been favorable.
