脊椎手術のクリニカルパス―頚椎laminoplasty

Clinical Paths for Cervical Laminoplasty

　クリニカルパスは，医療の質の向上と標準化，業務改善効果，インフォームドコンセントや患者の早期社会復帰に貢献しており，その重要性はますます増加してきている．本稿では，第33回日本脊椎脊髄病学会のパネルディスカッション『脊椎手術のクリニカルパス―頚椎laminoplasty』で発表された5題の演題について，その要約と総括を行い，今後の展望について述べる．

　Clinical paths (CP) contribute to standardization, efficiency and quality improvement of medical procedures, informed consent and shortening of hospital stay. Because of these merits, clinical usefulness of CP has been getting obvious. This paper is the summary of the panel discussion on the clinical path of spinal surgery-cervical laminoplasty-at the 33th annual meeting of the Japanese Spine Research Society.
