　神経性食思不振症によるMarchiafava-Bignami病（MB病）の1例を経験した。飲酒歴はなく，約10年間体重を28kg前後に維持した29歳女性で，重篤な栄養障害を認め，全身痙攣発作をきたした。頭部MRIでは脳梁膨大部にT1・T2強調画像で，それぞれ低信号・高信号を呈する特徴的な病変を認めたが，全身状態の回復後には消失した。この間，神経学的・神経心理学的異常所見を認めなかった。非アルコール性MB病は既に報告されているが，ウェルニッケ脳症や脳梁症候群の合併を認める。本症例は非アルコール性に加え，若年発症と脳梁病変の可逆性に特徴づけられ，今後のMB病の病態解明に意義があると考えられた。

A 29-year-old female without alcoholism whose height and weight were 152 cm and 28 kg had com-plained of severe anorexia since about 10 years ago. The splenium of the corpus callosum showed symmet-rically low-intensity area in T1 WI and high-intensity area in T2 WI on her brain MRI. These findings could be reversible by the recovery of her nutritional condi-tion. The findings of neurological and neuropsy-chological examinations were normal. To our knowl-edge, this is the first case report of Marchiafava-Big-nami disease caused by Anorexia Nervosa.
