　本研究では，受領サポートと提供サポートの両側面から，知覚されたソーシャル・サポート・ネットワークを測定する簡易ソーシャル・サポート・ネットワーク尺度(BISSEN)を開発し，その信頼性と妥当性の検証を行った。無作為抽出された茨城県笠間市の成人男女2,200名に郵送調査を実施し，940名から有効回答を得た(42.7％)。再検査信頼性の検討にあたっては，大学生と大学職員20名を対象に，1～2週間の間隔を空けて2回の調査を実施した。因子分析を行った結果，BISSENは受領・提供サポートともに，サポート対象の種類による6因子で構成されていることが分かった。内的整合性と再検査による信頼性，収束的・併存的妥当性の検討を行った結果，BISSENは高い信頼性と妥当性を備えた尺度であることが確認された。

　This study developed the Brief Inventory of Social Support Exchange Network (BISSEN) and evaluated its reliability and validity. BISSEN measures perceived social support network in the role of both receiving and providing support. We conducted a mail survey to a total of 2,200 randomly selected adults in Kasama city, Ibaraki prefecture. Nine-hundred-and-forty adults answered the questionnaire, making the response rate 42.7%. Twenty university students and staff twice completed self-questionnaires with one-to-two week intervals for test-retest reliability. The results of the factor analysis showed that both receiving and providing support in BISSEN consisted of six factors by the category of support subject. The results of the internal consistency, test-retest reliability, and convergent and concurrent validity indicated that BISSEN has sufficient reliability and validity.
