  • Abstract
  • Look Inside

The effect of coronary artery thrombolytic therapy was compared in terms of commencement time of ther-apy from the onset of myocardial infarction. In the early thrombolysis group (group A, commencement time within 6 hours), the success rate of revasculariza-tion was 77 percent. In the late thrombolysis group (group B, commencement time between 6 and 24 hours), the success rate was 60 percent, which is significantly lower than in group A (p<0.05) .
