口腔・咽喉頭領域における非腫瘍性病変の内視鏡的特徴—頭頸部科医の立場から

Mucosal Disorder of the Oral Cavity and Laryngopharynx Associated with Inflammatory Bowel Disease

要旨●炎症性腸疾患（inflammatory bowel disease ; IBD）やその類縁疾患の腸管外病変として再発性，難治性アフタなどの口腔・咽頭粘膜病変を有する頻度は高い．口腔・咽頭粘膜病変が初発する症例も存在するため耳鼻咽喉科・頭頸部外科医はそれらの疾患も念頭に置き，口腔・咽頭粘膜病変の診療を行う必要がある．

　Recurrent and refractory mucosal disorder of the oral cavity and laryngopharynx, such as aphthous lesions, are known to exhibit extraintestinal characteristics associated with IBD（inflammatory bowel disease）and IBD-related diseases. In the otolaryngology field, as the primary cause of these diseases may be mucosal disorder, otorhinolaryngologists should develop a diagnostic strategy for such patients with IBD and IBD-related diseases.
