下咽頭MALTリンパ腫—鑑別のポイントを中心に

Hypopharyngeal Mucosa-associated Lymphoid Tissue Lymphoma：Focusing on the Key Points of Differential Diagnosis

要旨●NBIや拡大内視鏡などの内視鏡機器の発展や，観察方法などの工夫を背景に，EGD時に咽頭領域の病変が発見される機会が増えている．拾い上げるべき咽頭所見としては，咽頭癌，リンパ腫，乳頭腫などの腫瘍性病変の他，リンパ濾胞，メラノーシス，放射線照射後にみられる炎症性変化などの非腫瘍性病変がある．本稿では，咽頭領域ではまれな疾患である下咽頭のMALTリンパ腫について述べる．

　Lesions in the pharyngeal region are increasingly being detected during upper gastrointestinal endoscopy with the development of endoscopic instruments, such as narrow-band imaging and magnifying endoscopy, as well as the development of observation methods. Pharyngeal findings included neoplastic lesions, such as pharyngeal carcinoma, lymphoma, and papilloma, as well as nonneoplastic lesions, such as lymph follicles, melanosis, and inflammatory changes, seen after irradiation. Herein, we describe hypopharyngeal mucosa- associated lymphoid tissue lymphoma, which is a rare disease in the pharyngeal region.
