Efficiency of X-ray Examination in the Evaluation of Small Intestinal Mucosal Healing in Crohn's Disease

要旨●Crohn病の診療において，小腸病変の存在診断，質的診断および活動性評価は極めて重要である．色彩の情報がなく，立体的な構造を多方面から観察することが難しいX線造影検査は内視鏡検査と比べると，局所所見，特に小病変の描出能には難がある．一方，病変の全体像や局在の把握，管外性の情報を得るには有用な検査法であり，客観性に優れている．撮影や読影に習熟が必要ではあるものの，X線造影検査は他の小腸検査の長短を相補し活用すべき検査法である．

　The diagnosis and evaluation of small intestinal lesions are crucial in the treatment of CD（Crohn's disease）. X-ray examination is a useful method for grasping the whole internal picture and observing local lesions as well as obtaining extratube information. Further, X-ray examination can utilize the advantages and compensate for the disadvantages of other diagnostic examinations.
