胃リンパ腫の分類─病理診断の立場から

Classification of Gastric Lymphoid Neoplasms：From the Standpoint of a Diagnostic Pathology

要旨●胃リンパ腫の診断に関連した分類には，肉眼分類や病型（疾患単位）分類などがある．肉眼分類は病型の種類を問わず用いることができる．病型分類はWHO分類が世界の標準として用いられており，この先もゴールドスタンダードとして進化し続けると予測される．リンパ腫の診断に際しては，臨床医も病理医も，これらの分類の意味を正しく理解し適切に用いることが肝要である．

　Some classifications of gastric lymphoid neoplasms are used in routine diagnosis. Macroscopic classification can be used without distinction of disease entities. To make the diagnosis of disease entities, the updated WHO classification of hematopoietic malignancies is widely used. This classification is the first true worldwide consensus classification. Appreciation of these classifications is essential to maintain the quality of diagnosis.
