Data Filing and Transmission of Electronic Endoscopy Data

要旨　マイクロコンピューターと光ディスク併用による電子スコープデータのファイリングシステムの実際について述べると共に電話回線を応用した画像転送についても紹介した．われわれの行っているファイリングシステムは磁気カードを使用することによって，従来のキーボードからのデータ入力を簡略化し，使用を容易にしてある点に特徴がある．また，電話回線による内視鏡画像の転送は画質に改良すべき点があるもののコスト的にも安価であり臨床応用が大いに期待できる方法であると考えられた．

　A new endoscope filing system as well as telephoto system using electronic endoscope in conjunction with a microcomputer and optical disk are reported. This filing system has many advantages over other systems and is easy to use. The introduction of a magnetic “endoscopy card” eliminates unnecessary time previously spent on fundamental data entry. The time needed to review previously stored data has been greatly reduced. The area needed for storage of all records has also been condensed. A trial to transmit the image data of electronic endoscopy using tele-circuit seems successful and acceptable. We believe that electronic endoscopic image data filing on an optical disk in conjunction with a microcomputer and optical disk sets new standards for picture quality and overall management, simplifying data entry while at the same time greatly facilitating storage and recall.
