胃X線所見と切除標本所見の対比―方法と問題点

Comparisons between Radiographic and Pathological Findings of the Stomach: Methods and Problems

要旨　X線診断学の向上の手掛かりは術前像と切除標本の細かい対比から得られることが多い．X線診断の場合，術前像と切除標本とは異なった表現形式を持つものであり，直接対比させるのは難しい．肉眼所見をX線学的模様像（固定標本レントゲノグラム）に替えて，これと術前像との対比が有用である．われわれは全割標本→再構築図→固定標本レントゲノグラムおよび肉眼所見→術後像→術前像，の手法でretrospectiveに検討を行っている．胃X線所見と切除標本所見の対比は固定標本レントゲノグラム，術後像を間を入れて行うことによって，より正確にしかも容易に行うことができる．

　Improvement in diagnostic radiography is most often facilitated by comparing in detail preoperative radiographic findings with resected specimen. Direct comparison, however, is difficult because they have different mode of expression each other. Thus, it would be useful to convert resected specimen into radiographic pattern (fixed specimen roentgenogram) in order to compare with preoperative radiographic findings.

　Our retrospective study has been designed as follows ; whole cut specimen → protocol → fixed specimen roentgenogram and gross findings → postoperative findings → preoperative findings. Resected specimen and preoperative findings are compared more precisely and easily by putting fixed specimen roentgenogram and postoperative findings between them.
