自然消失した胃悪性リンパ腫の3例

Primary Malignant Lymphoma of the Stomach with Spontaneous Regression, Report of Three cases

　短期間に自然消失した悪性リンパ腫の3例を報告する．生検で悪性リンパ腫と診断され，初回検査から70日後，23日後，26日後に胃亜全摘術が施行され，手術標本の詳細な検討がなされたが，悪性リンパ腫細胞の残存はみられなかった．いずれの症例も，初回の形態が潰瘍を有する隆起性病変であり，潰瘍化により腫瘍が脱落し，自然消失に至ったものと考えられた．

　Three cases of spontaneous regression of histologically diagnosed malignant lymphoma (diffuse large cell, B cell type) of the stomach are reported. Gastric resection was performed in each case 70 days (case 1), 23 days (case 2) and 26 days (case 3) after the initial endoscopy. Detailed histological examination of the resected specimens revealed ulcer scar but no malignant lymphoma cells. These clinical and pathological findings suggested the existence of the so-called malignant cycle in malignant lymphoma.
