健康の重視度，保健行動および健康状態の構造解析—“健康づくり推進事業”地域の婦人を対象として

Relationships Among The Levels of Health Importance, Health-related Behavior and Health Condition in Women in a Rural Community

　宮城県の11市町（主として農業地域）で行われた婦人の健康づくり推進事業への参加者のうち，20歳以上6,045人の婦人に対するアンケート調査結果をもとに，健康の重視度・保健行動・健康状態の間にどのような関係があるかを検討した。主な結果は以下のとおりであった。

　1）健康の重視度と保健行動の間には，限られた項目でのみ有意な関係が認められ，30代の節煙と20代の節酒行動について，健康重視度が高い群に実行者の割合が少ないという傾向が認められたが，多重有意性検定の結果，これらの傾向の有意性は否定された。2）健康重視度と体調の間には，40歳代で，健康重視度の高い群のほうに体調がよい者が多いという関係がみられた。3）持病と健康重視度との間には，全体として，疾患のない群に健康を重視する者が多いという傾向が認められた。4）保健行動と体調の間には，保健行動を行っている群のほうが，体調が良い者が多いという関係がみられた。保健行動の種類により，体調との関連の有意性が強いと考えられるものと，弱いと考えられるものがみられた。

　The levels of health importance, health-related behaviors and health condition were analysed by a questionnaire study in 6045 women aged 20 and over living in ten agricultural and one residential areas in Miyagi prefecture.

　The results were as follows: 1) The rating of health in life (health importance) was not significantly associated with the general performance of health-related behaviors.
