要旨：【目的】大腿骨近位部骨折患者を対象として作業療法実践に関する既存の知見を，スコーピングレビューを用いて分析した．【方法】医中誌Web，CiNii，PubMed，MEDLINE，CINAHLによる検索を行い，選定基準によりスクリーニングを行った．【結果】適格論文は38編であった．使用されていたアウトカムは身体機能，認知機能，精神機能，ADL，IADL，QOL，目標設定・作業に関する評価と多様であった．事例報告では事例が望む作業に焦点を当てた介入，事例報告以外では通常のOTと作業に焦点を当てた介入の比較の報告が抽出された．【結語】今後は報告数の増加や作業に焦点を当てた介入の効果の検証が期待される．

　[Purpose] We performed a scoping review to analyze existing literature on occupational therapy for people with proximal femoral fractures. [Method] We conducted comprehensive searches in Ichushi-Web, CiNii, PubMed, MEDLINE, and CINAHL and screened the output according to our established selection criteria. [Results] We obtained 38 eligible articles which included assessed outcomes such as physical function, cognitive function, mental function, ADL, IADL, QOL, evaluation of goal setting, and occupational/comprehensive evaluation. Case reports described interventions focused on desired tasks, while non-case reports provided comparisons between regular OT and occupational-focused interventions. Conclusion: The number of related reports intended to test the efficacy of occupation-focused interventions is expected to increase.
