心大血管に病変を有する自己免疫疾患の頻度は多くはないものの，広域な分布や特異的な所見を呈することもあるため，画像所見が診断や鑑別の決め手になることが多い。

In recent years, the development of new drugs and therapies has brought autoimmune diseases into the spotlight. The frequency of disease is not very high when limited to cardiovascular autoimmune diseases. However, cardiovascular autoimmune diseases have a wide distribution of lesions and specific findings, so imaging studies are often the decisive factor in diagnosis and differentiation. In this article, we will explain Takayasu arteritis, and IgG4-related disease, and also mention immune checkpoint inhibitor induced myocarditis.
