我が国ではアニサキス症による食中毒が年間300～400件程度と多く，確定診断に至らないものを含めると年間数千件に及ぶと推定されている。腹部寄生虫感染症に遭遇する機会は決してまれではないが，典型的な病歴や血液検査所見がなければ鑑別に挙げることは容易ではない。時に他疾患との鑑別に苦慮し，手術後に初めて診断される例もある。

Anisakiasis is not rare in Japan, and we sometimes encounter abdominal parasite infections. It is difficult to diagnose abdominal parasite infections without a typical medical history and blood test findings, because the imaging findings mimic other medical conditions, and in some cases the diagnosis is made only after surgery.

This article reviews four cases of abdominal parasite infection of the ileum, omentum and liver, which were difficult to diagnose preoperatively.
