はじめに

　切断手・指の再接着術のさいに，またhypothenar hammer syndromeのような動脈血行が局所的，器質的に障害されたものの改善に対して，静脈移植の応用が求められることは，少なくないと考える．我々は，1973年microvascular surgeryの臨床を開始して以来，症例を選んで静脈移植を行なつてきたが，今回，3〜24ヵ月の追跡調査をし得た8例を検討し，その適応，手技，術後の問題点などについて述べる．

　We report 8 cases of the application of vein graft. Six cases of them have completely or incompletely amputated finger and extremity. 2 cases consist of hypothenar hammer syndrome and the traumatic aneurysm of the brachial artery.

　According to our experience, vein graft is the useful method for the revascularization of the damaged blood vessels. However, in such a case of hypothenar hammer syndrome, we think that it needs the long term follow-up study and the experimental study.
