Abstract 文献概要

　患　者：佐○ゆ○子　46歳　女子

　診　断：乳頭部癌．

　主　訴：発熱，右上腹部痛．

　現病歴：入院2カ月前より突然39度台の高熱を来たし近医で感冒として治療を受けていたが，好転せず，その後1週間に1回の割で発熟したために本院入院する．

　Y. S., a 46-year-old woman right hypochonderium was hospitalised, with the complaints of fever and right hypochondrial pain, since 2 months before admission. Fever attack, arose once a week to 39℃.

　As is shown in Table 1, laboratory examinations revealed slight anemia and leucocytosis, with increase alkaline phosphatase level as well as slight elevation of serum amylase level. Fluoroscopy of the duodenum (Fig. 1), hypotonic duodenography (Fig. 2), transhepatic choledochography (Fig. 3) and duodenofiberscope together pointed to a diagnosis of cancer in the papillary region of the duodenum.

　Pancreaticduodenectomy (Child's modification) was performed. Postoperative course was uneventful; but she died one year and three months after the operation.
