制御性T細胞（Treg）は多様な機序で免疫を制御しており，その破綻はさまざまな疾患につながる．大阪大学免疫学フロンティア研究センターの坂口志文氏は，Tregの発見とFoxp3がTregのマーカーとして重要であることを発見したことを高く評価され，2025年にノーベル生理学・医学賞を受賞した．今話題のTregについて，皮膚科医として知っておきたい知識を問う問題である．
