抗NMDA受容体脳炎に悪性症候群を合併した卵巣腫瘍摘出術の周術期経験

Perioperative Management of Ovarian Tumor Resection for Anti-NMDA Receptor Encephalitis with Malignant Syndrome：A Case Report

要旨

　抗NMDA受容体脳炎は多彩な症状を呈する。腫瘍を随伴することもあり，腫瘍摘出は治療選択肢の一つである。今回われわれは悪性症候群を合併した腫瘍随伴の抗NMDA受容体脳炎に対し，各科と連携して早期に腫瘍摘出を行い，良好な転帰を得た症例を経験したので報告する。

　Early tumor resection is useful in tumor-associated anti-NMDA receptor encephalitis. In the case reported herein, we conducted the perioperative management for anti-NMDA receptor encephalitis with malignant syndrome in a 20’s woman who underwent ovarian tumor resection. It is important to understand the pathology of anti-NMDA receptor encephalitis with malignant syndrome and to cooperate closely with specialists in differing fields when similar patients are encountered.
