有鉤骨鉤骨折後，屈筋腱皮下断裂が起こりうることは整形外科領域では一般に知られている1）が，腱断裂を発症後にはじめて骨折に気づく場合がほとんど2）で，発症率や発症時期についてははっきりしていない．われわれは，有鉤骨鉤骨折を受傷後70年経過後に環指・小指屈筋腱皮下断裂を起こした1例を経験したので報告する．
