は じ め に
進行悪性骨腫瘍に対する二次治療（セカンドライン）以降の治療選択肢は乏しい．ゲムシタビン/ドセタキセル併用療法（GD療法）は，後方視的研究において切除不能の悪性骨腫瘍に対する有効性の報告が散見され，当科でも進行悪性骨腫瘍に対してGD療法を実施している1）．本稿では，当科のGD療法実施症例について，治療成績を検討した．
