成人脳性麻痺者は10年以上にわたる経験に基づいてアクティブチェアを語った

Adult cerebral palsied persons talked about the characteristics of "the active chair" based on their experience of over 10 years

要旨：アクティブチェアは，脳性麻痺者の車いすとして約17年前に開発され，10年前より市場に供給された．本研究の目的は，10年の長期にわたりアクティブチェアを使用してきた脳性麻痺者の，アクティブチェアに関する意見を調べることであった．8人の脳性麻痺者に使用経験に関する半構成的インタビューを行った．語られた内容は質的に分析した．トライアンギュレーションのために，理学療法士と開発者にもインタビューを行った．結果，アクティブチェアの開発過程，利点と欠点，及び2次障害への意識が明らかになった．本研究で得られた結果は，アクティブチェア適用のためのリソースとして有益なものと考えられた．

　The active chair was made as a wheelchair for the cerebral palsied person about 17 years ago. It has been merchandised for the last 10 years. The purpose of this study was to examine recognition factors of the active chair of cerebral palsied persons, who had used the active chair over a 10-year period. The semi-structured interview was carried out with 8 people. The data was qualitatively analyzed. We also interviewed physical therapists and developers. As a result, the developmental process of the active chair, its advantages and shortcomings, and awareness of secondary impairments were clarified based on the view of the subject. The result showed that the active chair seemed to be useful as a resource.
