乳幼児発達相談指導事業における作業療法支援について

Occupational therapy support in the consultation and guidance work for infants' development

要旨：筆者は乳幼児発達相談指導事業に従事してきた．今回はA保健福祉事務所で個別相談指導を行った50名について，作業療法支援の特徴を把握した．

　相談内容は身体・運動発達面が主体であったが，指導内容は「身体運動発達面」に加え，「家族・環境面」や「遊び面」を合わせて行うことが多かった．

　指導を短時間で実施するためには，「家族との面接」により指導を的確なものにし，家族にわかりやすく指導することが重要である．少子化や核家族等の状況で，家族の育児不安に対して，相談指導の場の保障と個々のニーズに合わせた対応が大切であると考えた．

　I engaged in consultation and guidance work for infants' development. At that time, I examined the characteristics of the occupational therapy support for about 50 families that were consulted at "A" health and welfare office.

　As a result of consultation and guidance, the contents I had encountered most often realted to the development of various body exercises, which played a major role in guiding their families with regard to playing.

　There are two important aspects relating to guiding in a short time. First, guidance tends to become more exact through the interviews with the patients' families. Secondly, therapy methods become easier to perform when the families understand the guide and his/her guidance methods. With fewer children in today's nuclear families, I consider it important to provide a place of consultation, at any time, to support families in times of anxiety.
