10）意識の集中
患者に運動を指示したとき，その運動に意識を集中し専心することにより，随意運動の伝導路は促通され，インパルスの不要回路への流出が少なくてすむ．
11）意欲の向上
患者自身にやる意欲が充分であるか否かにより訓練に払う努力の度合，意識の集中度合もことなってくる．
