肺結核に合併した尋常性天疱瘡の一症例

A CASE OF PEMPHIGUS VULGARIS ASSOCIATED WITH PULMONARY TUBERCULOSIS

　I．はじめに

　天疱瘡は皮膚に大型水疱を形成する疾患であり，口腔内病変として初発することが多い。そのため耳鼻咽喉科領域においても報告例がみられる^{12）13）20）21）31）36）}。

　肺結核で加療中，口腔粘膜と陰茎亀頭に発症した尋常性天疱瘡の症例を経験したので報告する。

　A case of pemphigus vulgaris associated with pulmonary tuberculosis was reported.

　The lesions appeared on his oral mucosa and glans penis and were histologically diagnosed as pemphigus vulgaris.

　Corticotherapy was effective to both pemphigus and pulmonary tuberculosis. The patient still remains under observation.

　A possibility may exist that the onset of pemphigus is related to pulmonary tuberculosis.
