ロワチンによる尿路結石症の治療

TREATMENT OF UROLITHIASIS WITH ROWATINEX

I．緒言

　尿路結石の溶解，自然排出促進，再発防止に関する研究は，内外共に種々の研索が行なわれ，夫々の方法で効果を上げているが，未だ確定的な薬剤は見当らない。Izar,G．（1949）が，テルペン類投与により尿路結石の消失，自覚症状の改善を報告して以来，多数良好な成績が報告されている。吾々も扶桑薬品工業株式会社よりテルパン類製剤であるロワチンの提供をうけ，38例の上部尿路結石症に使用し有効なる成績を得たので，ここに報告する。

This is report on the clinical evaluation of urinary calculs.

Rowatin was adoministrated to thirty eight Patients with upper urinary calculs and the following result were obtaind.

Perfect spontaneous excretion of calculi} were seen in twenty two cases of themland descending of calculi were observed in six cases of them, ten cases did not respond to Rowatinex therapy.

Improvement of the subjyective symptoms following Rowatin therapy were seen in tw-enty-eight cases
