Ⅰ．はじめに

　多発性脊髄腫瘍の発生頻度は，全脊髄腫瘍の1.2〜9.5％といわれ^7,12），その過半数はneuro-fibromatosis（NF）に合併したものである^19）．病理学的にはschwannomaあるいはneurofibroma，次いでmeningiomaの同種多発性腫瘍が多く，異種多発脊髄腫瘍例はNF例でも比較的稀といわれる^4,8,9,13）．さらに非NF例で文献上渉猟し得た異種脊髄腫瘍例の報告はこれまで5例しか報告がない^1-3,5,14）．本症例は6例目の報告となるが，同一頸髄レベルに発生した異種脊髄腫瘍の報告例はこれまでない．今回われわれは同一レベルに髄膜腫および神経線維腫を発生した頸髄腫瘍の1例を経験したので報告する．

A 59-year-old woman presented with a history of progressive clumsiness and numbness in both hands. MRI sug-gested a solid mass extending, from the intradural extramedullary, extradurally at the left C1/2 level. However, in-traoperative findings revealed the both the intradural tumor and the extradural tumor existed separately. Histopathological findings revealed coincident meningioma (intradural) and neurofibroma (extradural). These lesions were not associated with neurofibromatosis, and the patient did not have other tumors in either the brain or at other levels of the spine.
