I．はじめに
異所性下垂体腺腫は非常に稀であり，現在までに17例が報告されているに過ぎない1-3,5,8-15）．著者らは，鞍上部に発生し，橋前面にまで伸展した巨大な本腫瘍を経験したので，文献的考察を加えて報告する．
Abstract
Ectopic pituitary adenomas are very rare and only 17 cases have been reported. In this paper we present a case of large pituitary adenoma originating in the sup-rasellar region.
A 26-year-old man was admitted to our clinic with a chief complaint of headaches. Neurological examination revealed slight disorientation and bilateral choked disk.
Hormonal study revealed that the serum prolactin level was 3300ng/m/ and serum growth hormone level was 29.5ng/m/.
