頭蓋内Dermoidの1例—Computed Tomography（CT）所見を中心に

A Case of Intracranial Dermoid Tumour and its Findings in Computed Tomography

Ⅰ．はじめに

　頭蓋内腫瘍のうちで，dermoidの占める頻度は比較的低く，特に硬膜内のdermoidは少ないとされている^1，15-18）．

　最近，我々はcomputed tomography（以下CTと略す）にて病変を見つけ．手術にて治癒せしめたdermoidの1例を経験した^{4，6，11）}．

We reported a case of intracranial, intradural dermoid in the frontal base.

A 29-year-old female was brought to our hospital due to periodical automatism and convulsive disorder.

Her neurological examination on admission revealed no abnormal finding.

By the computed tomography (CT), A dermoid was discovered. CT demonstrated a well defined, smooth spherical low density lesion in the extraaxial midfrontal base.

Right CAG showed a space occupying lesion in the midline of the frontal base.

Right frontal craniotomy was carried out.
