緒言

　外陰部の尖圭コンジローマは，皮膚科を中心に，産婦人科，泌尿器科領域で多くの症例報告がみられるが，小児の外陰部にみられるものは極めて稀である。最近われわれは幼児の陰茎にみられた尖圭コンジローマを2例経験したので報告する。

Two rare cases of condyloma acuminatum of the penis in male infant were reported. The patients were both 4 years old male and developed warty masses on the glans. They underwent successful electro-fulguration combined with circumcision. Excised specimen from the both patients showed typical histology of condyloma acuminatum. Although condyloma acuminatum is thought to develop by the contact infection of papova virus, the present cases had no history suggesting the infection.
