成人腎のmixed teratoid tumor（wilmsoid tumor）の1例

A CASE OF MIXED TERATOID TUMOR (WILMSOID TUMOR) IN ADULT KIDNEY

緒言

　Wilms腫瘍は小児の腎に発生する特異な悪性腫瘍とされているが，まれに成人例の報告がある。またWilms腫瘍の組織像に対して，その多様性から種々の名称が用いられ，組成により，あるいは発生学的に各種の分類が行なわれているが，いまだに定説はない。

　われわれは成人腎腫瘍の手術例で，広義のWilms腫瘍あるいはwilmsoid tumor, mixed teratoidtumorともいうべき組織像を呈した1症例を経験したので報告する。

A case of mixed teratoid tumor of kidney in a 45 year-old-male, with the chief complaint of abdominal tumor and general fatigue, was reported. The tumor was noticed at the right flank since February, 1970 and was diagnosed as a renal tumor.

Various examinations, especially x-ray (findings), led to the diagnosis of renal malignancy and right nephrectomy was performed on June 11, 1970.

There were no perirenal adhesions nor regional lymphnode swelling at operation.
