母斑細胞母斑におけるtrichostasisについて

TRICHOSTASIS IN NEVOCELLULAR NEVUS

はじめに

　Trichostasis spinulosa （Nobl）^1）については今日まで多数の記載があり著者^2）3）もさきに報告したが，母斑細胞母斑の組織中のtrichostasisについてはVakilzadeh＆Rupec^4）によつて注目されたのが最初である。著者もまた母斑細胞母斑の組織にtrichostasisが認められた3例を経験したのでここに報告する。

Three cases of trichostasis, which could be seen in nevocellular nevus, are reported.

A hypothesis is presented that in this condition nevus cells may stimulate the growth cycles of vellus-type hairs, and in addition, follicular hyperkeratosis may also be an important factor.
