特発性黄斑上膜における内境界膜剥離後の走査レーザー検眼鏡所見

Scanning laser ophthalmoscopic findings following peeling of internal-limiting membrane for idiopathic epiretinal membrane

　特発性黄斑上膜の剥離手術を行った21眼を，走査レーザー検眼鏡のアルゴンブルーで検索した。12眼では黄斑上膜のみを剥離し，10眼では内境界膜を合わせて剥離した。黄斑上膜のみを除去した症例のうち11眼（91％）では，網膜の表層ひだが2か月後に残存していたが，内境界膜を合わせて除去した群では全例で術翌日に消失していた。後者では，網膜の視神経線維層の走行が明瞭に判別でき，内境界膜の剥離部と非剥離部の境界が確認できた。

We used a scanning laser ophthalmoscope (SLO) in evaluating the fundus following surgery for idiopathic epiretinal membrane in 21 eyes. We removed the epimacular membrane only in 12 eyes and removed, additionally, the internal limiting membrane (ILM) in 10 eyes. In the former group, retinal folds persisted in 11 eyes (91%) 2 months after surgery. In the latter group, retinal folds had disappeared in all the eyes on day 2 of surgery. In these 10 eyes, SLO using argon blue showed clearly the retinal nerve fiber bundles as well as the margin of the area of ILM peeling.
