若い婦人に急激に現われた右側同側性上八分の一半盲

Right Homonymous Upper one Eighth Hemianopsia Appeared Suddenly in a Young Woman

緒言

　急激におこる同側性半盲は老年期に入り高血圧，動脈硬化による脳出血が主な原因となつている。私達は32歳の女子に突然現われた右側同側性上八分の一半盲を経験した。臨床的に血管，血圧の変化を伴つておらず，斯かる若年の例は稀有と思われるので報告する。

We experienced a case of right homonymous upper one eighth hemianopsia suddenly appe-ared in the young woman of 32 years old. It occurred immediately after her menstruation, without any precursive signs of arteriosclerosis or hypertension. There was no pathologic findings except for the visual field defect with sparing of the macula. Visual agnosia appeared during two days, but other general symptoms were not found. The affected site of this case is estimated as the lower part of the visual center in the left occipital lobe. This case was reported because such a young patient had been rare.
