A．講演

　1．光凝固による結膜血管腫の治療

　前眼部疾患に対する光凝固法の応用のうちで，形成領域と関連のある結膜血管腫に対する光凝固治療について症例を挙げて説明した。

　結膜血管腫は光凝固後，結膜出血を見ることもあるが，2週後位ではほとんど一時的な炎症は消退して血管腫もきれいに消失し，結膜の血管腫に対する限りは，十分治療しうるので，ジアテルミー法よりもはるかに有利簡単である。

The third symposium on plastic surgery in ophthalmology convened on Nov.11, 1967, as. a collateral event of Annual Congress of Cli-nical Ophthalmology in Tokyo. Treatment of conjunctival angioma through photocoagulation was discussed by R. Asayama et al., Kyoto. University. More exact dosage of applied e-nergy can be effected through photocoagulation than hitherto current diathermic method. Treat-ment of facial fracture in 38 cases was report-ed by S. Hirayama, Tokyo Keisatsu Hospital, from the cosmetic point of view. Diagnosis of blowout fracture of the orbit was facilitated with the use of contrast media in roentgeno-graphy.
