抄録：橈骨遠位端骨折の合併症として長母指伸筋腱断裂はしばしば見受けられるが，屈筋腱の損傷例は極めて稀である．今回我々は，21歳男性で示指深指屈筋腱が，橈骨遠位端骨折部で12年もの長期にわたって骨性に固定されていたにも拘らず，不可逆性のmyostatic contractureに陥ることなく，腱剥離術によって良好な可動性を再獲得できた1例を経験した．
