Epidermoid cyst（類上皮嚢腫）は，主として手や指の掌側面の軟部組織に好発するが，骨に発生することは稀である．本邦においても，指骨に発生した報告例があるが，足指骨に発生したものは極めて稀である．最近，我々は左第1足指末節骨に外傷性に形成されたと考えられる1例を経験したので，若干の考察を加えて報告する．
